Product returns
The return and replacement of the products is accepted within 14 days from the day of receipt and after telephone contact at 24410 79248
Replacement costs are € 4, include the return and shipping of the new product, which you pay upon receipt.
The shipment must be made with the courier that we will indicate to you, otherwise the customer will be charged the costs that will arise.
The condition for the return is that the product has not been used and is in the condition it was received. In order to make the return, it is necessary for the product to be in excellent condition with the special markings (cards) and the order receipt.
Shoe returns should be made so that their box is not damaged.
For hygienic reasons, the underwear is not returned (unless it is defective).
In case of return of the products, the price of the products is fully refunded (shipping costs are not included in the refund).
Order cancellation – Right of withdrawal
You can cancel your order before sending it or return it after receiving it within 14 days, by calling 24410 79248 or by sending an e-mail to info@eponymostore.gr

Returns, especially of shoes, should be packed so that their box is not damaged.
Refunds are made within 10 days by deposit in a bank account if the order was cash on delivery or by canceling the transaction if the payment was by card or Paypal.
In the refund the customer is charged the return costs which are 2 € (in case of return of defective product or error in the order, the customer is not charged with costs).
